Holy crap, tomorrow will be the best day of my life.
Tuesday, March 20th is "Jour du Macaron," celebrating the delicate and chewy and perfumy-sweet, life-confirming wonder that is the macaron.
Oh darling. Patisseries all over Paris (and New York!) will be giving away FREE macarons all day while collecting donations for Autistes Sans Frontières. I'm plotting out an entire day stomping around Paris in search of the best macaron. Super bonus: the risk of blood sugar drops that day is very, very low!
